Is it over yet?

The last few weeks being pregnant has been a pain. When I got my blood tested last, they said my iron was low and to start taking supplements. Pretty soon after that, I started to feel really weak and light headed all the time. I was hoping there was something more they could do for me, but becuase my numbers aren't low enough, all I can do is keep taking supplements. We went to Walmart on Saturday to do some grocery shopping and I literally had to sit in the middle of the aisle or I was going to pass out. I'm just glad I hadn't gone shopping by myself that day!

Santa

We were curious as to how Adrian would react to Santa this year. On this first attempt, she was nervous about it but not kicking and screaming. This Santa was really mellow in fact, you wouldn't even know he was there if you weren't paying attention.

The second attempt was not quite as successful. She was really excited when he first came into the house, she basically ran up the stairs when she heard that he was there. When it was her turn to go sit on his lap I tried to take her up to see him and she bee-lined it for my mom who took her up. You can't tell in the picture, but she was throwing a fit. Until she got her present anyway.

Snow!!

We took Adrian out in the snow yesterday after the storm dumped a couple of inches in the yard. She loved it! It's the first time she's ever played in it and she did not want to come back inside, no matter how red her little cheeks got!

"Ah You"

Adrian finally said I love you for the first time! At least that's what she's trying to say anyway. She's been talking really good for a few months now, but she never would say those 3 words, she'd always say kiss every time we'd say it to her. She's so cute when she's ready for bed, she runs to get her doll or bear or whatever else she can cuddle with, jump in her bed and yell KISS. She won't go to sleep until she's had one.

Don't Wake Up the Pregnant Lady!

It's 1:22 AM. Anyone that knows me knows that I should be sound asleep as of 8, maybe 9 at the latest. Shawn woke up in a panic at 11. Apparently we have a mouse in the bathroom. I hate mice. Last year we killed so many. I don't remember the exact amount, but it was close to ten. Anyway, can't sleep now. Shawn snores really loud. He's either got a cold, or I just don't usually notice because I fall asleep 2 hours before him. Just a warning to you in the morning when I'm cranky and tired (not that unusual I guess :).
